What we're about

    Inter Varsity is a Christian organization with a three fold purpose:

• To lead others to personal faith in Christ Jesus as Lord and Savior.
• To help Christians grow toward maturity as disciples of Christ through Bible studies, prayers, and Christian fellowship.
• To present the call of God to York College, helping students and faculty to discover God's will for them.

    IVCF is one of York College's largest student organizations. Pastors, staff workers, and other speakers from around the area deliver valuable and relevant messages to students each week. IVCF also has a student worship band that provides music during large group on Thursday nights. Periodically, a dance team performs or students act in skits to lead the fellowship into worship.

    Opportunities to form strong and lasting relationships with other Christians on campus are provided through Bible studies, community service projects, outreach events, social activities, and relaxing retreats. York College's IVCF welcomes peoples of all races, ethnicities, ages, and backgrounds to join their fellowship and grow in Christ.
